About Annamaria.
I'm Annamaria Koncz, and I've been helping people buy and sell homes across Southeast Michigan since 2009.
I serve Oakland, Wayne, Livingston, Macomb, and Washtenaw Counties, working with everyone from first-time homebuyers to experienced sellers, investors, downsizers, and families making their next move.
One thing you'll quickly learn about me is that I'm honest. I'm not interested in being a salesperson. My job is to give you real information, tell you the truth, and help you make the best decision for yourself and your family. My clients know they can count on me because I show up, follow through, and stay committed from start to finish.
Before real estate, I spent 13 years in property management and several years in sales and office management. Those experiences taught me how to solve problems, stay organized, communicate effectively, and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
The best part of my job is helping people reach the finish line. Whether that's finding the perfect home, selling for top dollar, or helping someone start a new chapter, there's nothing more rewarding than knowing I've done a job well and helped someone achieve their goals.
When I'm not working, you'll probably find me boating, hiking, traveling, dancing, gaming, or taking care of my plants. I'm also proud of my Hungarian heritage and have performed Hungarian folk dancing at cultural events and festivals throughout the region. At home, I share life with my fiancé and my 13-year-old Ragdoll cat.
