Hi, I'm Anthony Gulla, a REALTOR® with Z Real Estate, brokered by eXp, proudly serving home buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Oakland, Macomb, Wayne, and Clinton Township, Michigan.

Before real estate, I spent years working in the mortgage industry and construction. That background gives me a practical, real-world understanding of financing and home quality — knowledge I bring to every transaction, whether I'm helping a first-time buyer get pre-approved or showing a seller how to highlight their home's craftsmanship.

I became a REALTOR® because I wanted to help guide people toward their dream home, whatever stage of life they're in. I also wanted to build something of my own — to be my own boss and take full ownership of how I show up for my clients. Real estate is often seen as easy work, but anyone who's actually done it knows it takes consistency, hard work, and dedication every single day. That's the kind of effort I bring to every relationship I build.

What keeps me motivated is simple: I want to be the person my clients turn to for honest guidance and confident decision-making, from our first conversation through closing day and beyond.

If you ask my clients what stands out most, it's usually my responsiveness. I do this full time — the only time I'm not working is when I'm asleep — and that level of availability shows up in how quickly I respond and how closely I stay on top of every detail of a transaction.

While I work with all kinds of properties, I have a genuine love for single-family colonial homes — especially ones with a modern, luxurious feel. Open layouts, high-end finishes, that classic structure paired with updated style... there's something special about a colonial done right, and that enthusiasm carries into how I market and search for homes on behalf of my clients.

Outside of real estate, I live in West Bloomfield. My family has a long history of entrepreneurship and business ownership, and that same work ethic and dedication to people runs through everything I do. When I'm not working, you'll usually find me at the gym (it's genuinely my peace), spending time in nature, focusing on my faith, spending time with family, or enjoying good food — my go-to spot is Commonwealth in downtown Birmingham, where I never pass up a Wagyu steak with eggs and potato hash (and an espresso, of course).

I also love learning something new every day, no matter the topic. I bring that same curiosity to this business — staying sharp on the market so I can serve my clients better.
