Hey, I'm Chad — and real estate is genuinely what I love to do.

I know that might sound like something every agent says, but hear me out. Before I got into real estate, I spent years as a Managing Partner running restaurants and bars. That world taught me a lot about people — how to listen, how to move fast when it matters, and how to make someone feel like they're in good hands even when things get stressful. Turns out, those skills translate really well to helping people buy and sell homes.

I've been in real estate for six years, covering all of Southeast Michigan, and earned my Michigan Broker's License at the end of 2025. I work with buyers, sellers, and commercial clients — and I genuinely enjoy all of it.

In October 2024, I stepped into the role of COO of the Z Real Estate team, and it's been one of the most rewarding challenges of my career. I'm focused on growing the team, building better systems, and helping the people around me succeed at a higher level. Running a team of this size takes real dedication, and I don't take that responsibility lightly.

That said — I still practice real estate, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Helping clients is what got me into this business, and it's still what energizes me. Whether you're buying your first home, selling a property, or looking at a commercial opportunity, I'm still very much in the game.

Here's the thing about working with me: I care way more about doing right by you than I do about closing a deal. My clients will tell you I pick up the phone, I reply to texts, and I make a process that can feel overwhelming actually feel manageable. That's what I'm most proud of.

I've been recognized as a Top 100 Producer by Real Producers three years in a row (2023, 2024, and 2025) and consistently rank in the Top 5% of all REALTORS® in Michigan. But those numbers only mean something because of the people behind them.

I live in Northville with my fiancée, Geneviève. When I'm off the clock, you'll usually find me out on the water — the Great Lakes are basically my happy place.
