About Chloe.
My name is Chloe Hug, and I am a REALTOR® serving Metro Detroit and Mid Michigan. As a newly licensed agent with a strong background in the housing industry, I bring both fresh energy and hands-on experience to every client I work with. Before becoming a REALTOR®, I worked as an office manager at a mortgage company, where I developed a deep understanding of the home financing process and the attention to detail required to successfully guide clients through one of life's biggest financial decisions.
Real estate has always felt like a natural next step for me. While working in the mortgage industry throughout college, I was inspired by the dedication, professionalism, and work ethic it takes to truly succeed in this field. After graduating, I quickly passed my real estate exam and transitioned into my career as a REALTOR® with a clear purpose: to serve my clients with care, urgency, and integrity.
I work with anyone and everyone who has housing needs, but I especially enjoy helping first-time homebuyers and guiding sellers of single-family homes. I understand that every client has a unique story and a "why" behind their move, and I love building relationships that go beyond a single transaction. My goal is always to be your lifelong REALTOR®, not just your agent for today.
Clients often describe me as passionate, caring, and detail-oriented. I am known for my strong communication, genuine care for my clients, and my ability to stay organized and proactive throughout every step of the process. My mortgage background also gives me a unique advantage in helping clients feel confident and informed from offer to closing.
Outside of real estate, I am deeply rooted in my faith and family life. I am actively involved in my church, where I volunteer every weekend and lead a homeless outreach group. I am also recently engaged to my fiancé, Luke, we laugh a lot and love serving the Lord together!
