My name is Joanne Hosny, a Real Estate agent with the eXp Z Real Estate Team, proudly serving Metro Detroit. I'm passionate about helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate one of life's most important milestones with confidence. To me, real estate is more than a transaction. It is about trust, personalized guidance, and making sure every client feels supported from start to finish.
My background in educational leadership, sales and marketing, research, business, and international affairs helps me shape the way I serve my clients strategically, professionally, and client-goal oriented. My Ph.D. and PMP reflect the level of discipline, organization, and care I bring to every relationship and every transaction.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy entrepreneurship and business development, mentoring and coaching, staying active, traveling, cultural exploration, and building meaningful relationships. I also love global ethnic food, biking in local parks, and connecting with people from different backgrounds. I speak fluently English, French, and Arabic, with beginner-level in Chinese and Korean, and I value creating a welcoming experience for every client I serve.
