About Megan.
Real estate is much more than buying and selling homes to me—it's about helping people confidently navigate one of the biggest financial and personal decisions of their lives. Whether you're purchasing your first home, upgrading to fit your growing family, downsizing, or preparing to sell, my goal is to make the process feel clear, organized, and as stress-free as possible.
Since becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 2020, I've had the privilege of helping clients throughout Southeast Michigan, with a primary focus on Washtenaw, Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, and Monroe Counties. As both an active REALTOR® and the Sales Director for Z Real Estate at eXp Realty, I bring a unique perspective to every transaction. While I continue serving my own clients, I also coach and mentor agents, develop training programs, and help raise the standard of client service across our team.
Before real estate, I spent years in the housing and financial services industries, giving me a strong understanding of the entire homeownership journey—from financing and lending to negotiations and closing. I also completed several professional designation courses, including Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS®), Negotiation Expert, Financial Resource Advisor, HUD Certification, and MSHDA Certification.

I believe communication, education, and trust are the foundation of every successful relationship, and I work hard to ensure my clients always feel informed and supported.
Outside of real estate, I'm passionate about personal growth, leadership, technology, and finding innovative ways to better serve my clients. I enjoy creating educational content for home buyers and sellers, volunteering within my community, and spending time supporting my family—especially cheering on my daughter as a collegiate basketball player.
